Rising musician Nontokozo Mkhize releases debut single “Lu Strong” ft Nomfundo Moh
Rising Afro soul singer and songwriter, Nontokozo Mkhize, makes a grand debut with single ‘Lu Strong‘, which features award-winning platinum selling muso, Nomfundo Moh. The single is out now via Sginci Media / EMPIRE.

‘Lu Strong‘ is anchored on the strong message of “love conquers all”, describing an unshakable love that despite third party’s bad influences, the lover’s bond remains unshaken. That love prevails. The song hopes to be a beacon of hope, even for those who are not in love, that such a love still exists in these hard times. The song uses modern afro pop sounds blended with an old school RnB feel.
“I’ve waited so long for this moment. I’m proud to announce and finally share my debut single with the world,” expressed Mkhize. The muso added, “Thank you to my sister Nomfundo Moh for helping me bring this song to life in such a beautiful manner.”

No stranger to the industry, with a recent feature on Sjava’s recent album Isbuko on the song ‘Thixo‘ and having shared stages with the likes Benjamin Dube, Mondli Ngcobo, Naima Kay, Dumi Mkokstad amongst others, all eyes are on Nontokozo Mkhize who at present is studying Performing Art at KCAP (Art Centre).
