Sjava has announced that the 2023 instalment of his annual one man show, dubbed “Sjava Live In…” will be held in Mpumalanga at the Mbombela Stadium grounds on 9 December. In the build up to the December show he will perform in Pretoria in October and in East London and Johannesburg in November.
In addition to Sjava’s performance, the Imbizo Music Concert lineup consists of heavyweights only, with stellar performances highly anticipated from: Maskandi legend Shwi (formerly of the duo Shwi noMthekhala); Rapper and fellow Nkabi, Big Zulu; Maskandi and Afro-soul vocalist and songwriter Mzukulu; Platinum-selling Afro-soul singer/songwriter Nomfondu Moh ; Afro-pop sensation and rising star Lwah Ndlunkulu; Acclaimed vocalist and singer/songwriter Mnqobi Yazo; and Afro-pop superstar-duo Blaq Diamond on stage with the genre-bending star vocalist Aubrey Qwana.
