
Sho Madjozi Rocks Sold Out Shows at Madison Square Garden
South African rapper, turned global superstar, Sho Madjozi once again made Mzansi proud by putting on a fantastic show at Madison Square Garden this week. The perfomer joined Belgian musician and producer Stromae for two days at his North American leg tour staged at the iconic New York venue. The tour is scheduled to continue until December.
“I SCREAMED when I heard that Stromae asked if I was available to open for his North America tour. Those who know me know he is a hero and inspiration of mine,” the artist shared with fans on her Instagram earlier this month.
The “John Cena” hit-maker has made her return into the music scene with a brand new single titled “Toro” ft American Rapper DDG, after battling some management issues.
About her tour performance, the singer left the audience blown away with her electrifying performance as some took to Twitter to share their delight. One Twitter user shared that Sho Madjozi is the “best artist to hit America.”
“Shout out to Sho Madjozi for an epic performance at the MSG,” another tweet read.
Sho Madjozi later took to Instagram to express her gratitude saying, “What an honour to play at the Madison Square Garden!” she shared enthusiastically.”
The tour will also make stops at Agganis Arena at Boston University in Massachusetts, Bell Centre in California, and The Anthem in Washington, DC.
