Afro-Dance Queen Busiswa Returns With Newest Single ‘Asambe’
After a lengthy hiatus from the music scene afro-Dance music queen Busiswa has made her anticipated return with her latest single ‘Asambe’.
The single, which was produced by DJ Khao and features Kaybee from the once popular group DBN NYTS, is a great blend of amapiano, infused with gqom, and house music all in one.
In her element, Busiswa jumps straight in with her punching lyrics gearing up the female bosses who are making moves.
Saying, “I’m a baddie, I’m a queen, I’m a star, if you won’t believe me you won’t go far these days”.
The song is riddled with Busiswa;’s unique charisma that we have come to love her for, as she impressively layers her vocals and infectious lyrics, combined with the pioneer of amapiano DJ Khao.
Over the 14 years of her career, Busiswa has managed to rule the airwaves with multiple hit songs and projects including her 2021 feature on Nigerian star, Naira Marley’s “Coming” song and also her historic collaboration on Beyoncé‘s highly acclaimed album “Black Is King” project.
She has also hosted the MTV Base Africa show ‘Dance Nation’ during the summer and her hit BET reality show “ Her Majesty: Busiswa”.
