Podcast and Chill Co-Hosts MacG and Sol Phenduka Apologise to Nkosazana Daughter Over Infidelity Allegations

Podcast and Chill creator and co-host MacG and colleague Sol Phenduka have apologised to Nkosazana Daughter for the claims they made about her being unfaithful to her partner and the father of their child Sir Trill as well as alleging that the baby didn’t belong to him.

The apologies were offered on the latest episode of Podcast and Chill with MacG, which premiered on the 14th of October 2024.

A few months ago, MacG made bold allegations regarding the “Makhelwane” hitmaker, accusing her of cheating on Sir Trill, with whom she’s had a long-term private relationship, and going as far as claiming that she had an affair with frequent collaborator and internationally recognised DJ and producer Master KG. Claiming that he’d heard it from the grapevine, MacG also cast a shadow of doubt on the paternity of Nkosanzana Daughter’s child with Sir Trill.

On Episode 604, the pair apologised to Nkosazana Daughter. MacG claimed on the segment that the apology was not inspired by the legal action Nkosazana Daughter reportedly took against him for defamatory claims but by seeing pictures of the child through the singer’s brother.

“Nkosazana’s brother showed me a picture of her child. And yah, no, we were wrong. We were wrong. She looks just like Sir Trill, bra. She looks just like Sir Trill. So, I wanna apologise to Nkosazana for that,” he said.

“Siyaxolisa, erh, Ma Nzama. Nkosazana Nzama,” Sol said, adding to what MacG said.

In an unexpected twist of events, however, MacG alleged that the “Emlanjeni” vocalist was a deadbeat father to the child.

“But allegedly Sir Trill is not supporting the kid,” he said in the episode, shortly after apologising.

Nkosazana Daughter and Sir Trill have not responded to the apologies and the latest comments made by MacG thus far. According to Sunday World, Nkosazana Daughter filed a lawsuit against MacG, Sol Phenduka and Ghost Lady, suing the trio for R13 million because of the allegations.
