DJ Tira Outed For Alleged Rape Scandal and Unfair Treatment By Luke Ntombela
Afrotainment head honcho and veteran producer DJ Tira faces public scrutiny after musician Luke Ntombela took to all major social media platforms to tell the world about the grief and turmoil she’s been suffering since the star allegedly raped her.
Accompanied by a series of damning screenshots of WhatsApp conversations between the pair, Ntombela accused Tira of raping her after they partied together and she got intoxicated and ended up inexplicably waking up next to him in bed.
In one of the texts between the two, Ntombela writes: “I have a question, though, uyaz angikaze ngikuthande nje kusika uzama ukshela siphumakwiClash [of the Choirs], so ngavuka kanjani ezingubeni zakho? What happened that day?” (Translation: “You know that I’ve never loved you since you started making advances on me on Clash of the Choirs, so how did I end up under the sheets with you?”
In one of the screenshots Ntombela uploaded, Tira asks: “What if vele nothing happened?”

In search of closure and a proper explanation as to what happened during the night, Ntombela has also been sharing the pain and trauma she’s been going through mentally and emotionally due to the saga between herself and Tira. On the 17th of April, she revealed via an Instagram post that she was under going treatment for being diagnosed with depression.

Apart from the emotional turmoil she has suffered from the alleged rape, Ntombela has been vocal about not being properly compensated for music she has made previously with Tira and Afrotainment involved.

DJ Tira and Afrotainment have not come out to clarify their standing and position on the matter as yet.
