Chris Brown Set to Perform in South Africa This December For A One-Time Show
Days after priming his followers on his Instagram story and teasing the possibility of coming to South Africa, American singer-songwriter and performer Chris Brown has made it official. The Virginia-born superstar will be coming to the shores of Mzansi for a one-time show on the 14th of December 2024.
The announcement went live on Chris Brown’s official Instagram account, accompanied by a flashy promotional poster depicting an animated likeness of Chris Brown with glowing eyes and a background with the South African flag as well as head gear with the national colours. Titled “Breezy In Jo’burg”, the Grammy-winning icon will be turning up for his fans at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.
While specifics such as ticket prices haven’t been communicated, the announcement, made on the morning of the 30th of September 2024, indicated that tickets would start being available from the 10 October 2024 at 10:00AM. An invite-only pre-sale period to get the tickets will be available on the 1st of October 2024 at 10:00AM.

Doors for the show will be open from 4PM, support will be a one-hour window beginning at 7PM before the start of the actual spectacle.
Breezy’s concert announcement also came shortly before his “Breezy In Brazil” show, which is slated for a few days after his time in South Africa.
