Award-winning muso Bokani Dyer launches his new album in Braamfontein

After just two months of releasing the much anticipated album Radio Sechaba, jazz maestro Bokani Dyer is gearing up for his first Joburg album launch at Braamfontein’s Untitled Basement.
The launch day, taking place on Friday 14 July 2023, will see the muso present a LIVE rendition of the 15-track project accompanied by a fantastic band which includes Leagan Starchild on drums, Shane Cooper on bass, Keenan Ahrends on guitar, Bonj on vocals and Ntsikelelo Mcwabe and Sthe Bhengu on trumpets.
About his upcoming performance, Dyer said: I feel it is fitting to perform first in Joburg – the city where the music was inspired, conceived, written and recorded, I’m really looking forward to my performance at the Untitled, Radio Sechaba is a project that is very special to me and I am looking forward to presenting the live band version. It’s going to be an amazing night!”
