South African amapiano power duos, Amu Classic & Kappie and Mellow & Sleazy team up and raise the bar with the release of their collaborative new album, The Fantastic Four, out today on all major streaming platforms. Crafted between Amu Classic & Kappie’s own Umzonkonko Studios and Mellow & Sleazy Studios, The Fantastic Four showcases their commitment to pushing the boundaries of amapiano. The 13-track album is rich with stories of aspiration, perseverance, and the pursuit of greatness, themes that echo their own journeys to becoming leaders in the genre. From the introspective lead single Into The Stars, which speaks to the frustrations of chasing dreams while watching others seemingly succeed with ease, to the soul-stirring Inhliziyo and the high-energy anthem Ama Grootman, the album delivers a diverse listening experience without losing its core identity.
The power duos enlisted a powerhouse lineup of collaborators, including Focalistic, Mashudu, Thatohatsi, Tman Xpress, LeeMcKrazy, CowBoii, and Mr Nation Thingz, creating a project that blends street anthems with heartfelt ballads.
