Rick Ross Spotted In Cape Town With Usimamane and Big Brother Former Housemate Yolanda
The Boss has made a larger-than-life arrival to Mzansi shores. Maybach Music Group de facto leader, businessman, and Grammy-nominated hip-hop star Rick Ross has been spotted in various parts of South Africa over the past several days since announcing his advent with a video of him rhapsodising the sighting of a whale in his brief stint in the country.
Linking up with some of the country’s familiar faces, the MMG head honcho was most notably seen shooting a music video with Mzansi hip-hop’s new kid on the block Usimamane in Cape Town.
Earlier today, the “Uvalo” hitmaker posted reels of himself and the American rap star on his Instagram, TikTok and his Facebook with their collaboration “Dangerous II” from the deluxe installment of his debut album 20th: Days Before Maud. The song is a remix of “Dangerous” from the standard edition of the LP.
On the snippet, Rick Ross can be seen posted up with the “Cheque” mastermind arrayed in different-shaded brown couture, with the two of them standing outside the white beachfront suite of the 12 Apostles Hotel & Spa.

Ross was also spotted at a retail store shooting a scent for the music video.
Prior to the development, the “Sorry” superstar was photographed with Big Brother Season 4 contestant Yolanda Mukondi in the Western Cape capital city and on the 15th of January, she revealed on her X account that she had just concluded an exclusive one-on-one interview with Rozay, with the episode set to premier on YouTube next Wednesday on her show “Loud Wednesdays with Yolanda”.
“Just wrapped an exclusive interview with the one and only @RickRoss BOSS. Episode drops next Wednesday! Don’t miss out—subscribe to ‘Loud Wednesdays with Yolanda’ on YouTube and ring that notification bell! This is one you definitely won’t want to miss!” she said on her X account.
Rick Ross, however, is no stranger to the people of South Ah, with the global star’s last visit being in 2019 to shoot a music video with SAMA-winning rapper and singer-songwriter Kwesta for his song “I Came I Saw”. The linkup was particularly a humorous one as the “Ngud'” vet revealed in an interview that while they were shooting a scene at the kasi after seeing his grandma, she asked Rick Ross to go buy bread for her.
