More than just a musical experience, the 16th Bar concert that Kwesta hosted earlier in August – celebrating his 16 years within the industry – the muso is bringing to us named after his famous hits Ngiyazifela Ngawe, Spirit and Ngud’.
These drinks are in honour of his inspiring musical journey thus far, and are proudly created by the prestigious cognac Bisquit & Dubouché, each speaking to Kwesta’s journey that he shared in an intimate drinks night at the 17th Bar. Get it?
Among the many nuggets that he shared about his journey on that night, the rapper said: “The story of how I got here? I needed to write a 16, but the problem was I didn’t know what a 16 was and ended up doing 34 bars. A few days later, Slikour called and said, ‘I think you should come back, we want to chat to you.’ In that moment, my life changed.”
Proudly sharing in excitement, Kwesta continued to celebrate his partnership with Bisquit & Dubouché as their global ambassador and his feature in the Story To Sip international TV commercial.
