DJ Zinhle Announces The Second Season Of Her Reality Show The Unexpected
Award-Winning club DJ, producer and entrepreneur Ntombezinhle ‘DJ Zinhle’ Jiyane’s SAFTA Nominated reality show, DJ Zinhle – The Unexpected is slated to make its return to TV screens for a second season. The premiere will air on BET Africa (DStv 129) on the 6 August at 19:30.
Recapping the first season, Viewers were given insight into the runnings of her empire’s multidisciplined portfolio while giving a glimpse into the intimate details of her private life. Rumours of her second pregnancy were confirmed and in September 2021 their great expectation was fulfilled as DJ Zinhle and her current partner Bongani Mahosana, affectionately known as Black Motion Member Murdah Bongz welcomed their first child together. The couple also delved into conversations about the couple tying the knot.
Season 2 trailer’s major talking point is the speculation of wedding bells in the midst with viewers’ tongues wagging at the possibility of a wedding for DJ Zinhle and Murdah Bongz. The trailer also focuses on the challenges faced by her latest venture Era by DJ Zinhle including dramatic scenes from a photo shoot of a recently launched kid’s accessory range with her daughter Kairo Forbes. “Set your reminders and get ready for DJ Zinhle’s biggest mix ever! The much-anticipated premiere of #DJZinhleBET is coming to your screens [on] the 6th of August at 19:30 CAT only on DStv channel129,” the channel announced on social media to which the mother of two, responded in jubilant fashion announced, “We’re BACK!”.
