End of the road for #BBTitans’ Jenni O and Mmeli as they are evicted from the house

Two Big Brother Titans down, 18 still in the running for the ultimate grand prize of US$100,000.

Jenni O from Imo State in Nigeria and Mmeli from Johannesburg, South Africa were the third pair to bite the dust this past Sunday, after falling short of bagging enough votes to keep them. The duo went by the name Jenne Li and endured a dramatic and adventurous 28 days in the Big Brother Titans house.

Frontpage caught up with the pair as they bow out of the house.

How would you describe your time in the house?

JO – I felt like I showed myself, my vulnerable side, my hard side – every single side of Jenni O.

Mm – It was a good experience and I really enjoyed myself. This is one experience where every single thing fed into the bigger amazing experience – good or bad. I loved everything. It was mostly good times.

How do you feel about being evicted?

JO – I’m shocked, I’m not going to lie. I did not see that coming but it is what it is.

Mm – I have mixed feelings about it but I believe that everything happens for a reason. I was evicted, we keep it moving.

If you could get a redo – what would you do differently?

JO – I would suppress my emotions and not let anyone trigger me. Just ignore everything.

Mm – Honestly, there’s nothing I would do differently. This is who I am. Maybe the way I speak, I believe that some of my words were really sharp as I speak my honest truth and I live the truth. Sometimes I think I was too honest for Big Brother. But, honestly I don’t care about that. I am speaking my truth and shoutout to those who recognised truth.

Who do you hope takes the ultimate prize?

JO – I have to say Blaqboi my bestie or my cabin sisters. The people that I am close with – I’ll always be rooting for.

Mm – I hope Thabang or Khosi wins. But if I’m being honest, I think Yemi Cregx. Shout out to my Yuruba demon, because I am also a Yuruba demon (LOL). I really think Yemi will take it.

Did you make any meaningful friendships that you hope to carry on with outside the house?

JO – Ofcourse, Yvonne, Olivia, Nana and my bestie Blaqboi and Kanaga. I really can’t wait for us to reunite so we can have the time of our lives.

Mm – Definitely, especially Tsatsi, Ipeleng, Lukay and most importantly Miracle OP. He’s a homie. He’s been telling me that he’ll take care of me once I go to Nigeria so I hope that does happen. And apparently he cried when I left, so shout out.

Highlight about being in the house?

JO – Cooking. I really liked that kitchen, it really allowed me to express myself through cooking and I loved it.

Mm – Everything was a highlight, especially Saturdays. There was a lot of drama, emotional turbulence. I can’t take away from any of those experiences, I am just grateful to have been a part of it all.

Low moment?

JO – When I was triggered and people saw a nasty side to me that I didn’t want them to see.

Mm – When I felt really bad when I thought about the outside world. How my parents are doing, my homies etc. So there was a time when I really felt some-type-of-way but we moved (LOL)

What did you miss about the outside world? What will you miss about the house?

JO – I missed my mother, my phone, my family and my music. In the house, I’ll miss the people.

Mm – I missed my parents, definitely. What will I miss inside the house, the food by Jenny O.

Is everything people see on TV real?

JO – It is exactly what you see but there are also things that you don’t see that we do. And it sucks that you (viewers) could only see a certain part.

Mm – Honestly, there’s a lot of fakeness that goes on in that house. A lot of people are just saying certain things just for it but honestly there’s a lot of fakeness. It’s funny how the realest is out but it is what it is.

Any last words?

JO – This is/was a wonderful, wonderful experience. I got to express myself and be the real me. A big shout out to everyone who supported me.

Mm – Be you. Stay true. Live and love yours. Thank you for tuning into Big Brother. Danko.
