Piano People Returns to South Africa for Two Massive Summer Shows

Following a sold-out debut in Cape Town, Piano People returns to South Africa this summer, expanding to two cities for the first time with landmark events in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

Recognised as the world’s leading Amapiano event brand, Piano People has grown from a single stage at Afro Nation into a global movement – hosting sold-out events across London, New York and beyond, and bringing South African music to audiences around the world.

Now, the brand comes home.

Piano People makes its Johannesburg debut at Old Park Station on 28 November, marking an exciting new chapter, before returning to Cabo Beach in Cape Town on 30 December – following a sold-out edition that became one of the standout moments of last summer.

The Cape Town debut captured the world’s attention, with Scorpion King’s exclusive two-hour performance and the now-iconic surprise appearance by Tyla. Piano People had South Africa grooving, generating millions of views across social media. The energy was undeniable – and it’s coming back bigger and better than ever before.

Uniting world-class music, electric atmosphere, and a community bound by Amapiano, Piano People continues to celebrate one of South Africa’s most powerful cultural movements.‍
